Flexible and soft Kozi is comforting for shoulder, back, sciatic, knee and foot pain from arthritis and fibromylgia. It is designed so that it does not slip and slide around; you can move about with this Kozi. It is divided into 3 sections with 3 pockets in each section so it can be wrapped around any painful area. For knees and feet, just heat and wrap around your knees or feet. Extra flannel sleeves are available.
- Size: 23 inches long by 6 inches wide
- Flannel sleeve is removable for washing
- To heat Kozi, microwave for 2 minutes
- Put in plastic bag in freezer for cold relief
